So I feel like I’ve been struggling to come up with meals that the kids like to eat and that I also like to eat. They really just want to eat like tacos and spaghetti while I want to eat chicken based meals. It’s pretty frustrating because I want to enjoy my food but I also want them to eat as well and I’m not about to cook two meals all the time. Luckily I rediscovered sloppy joes and I have really enjoyed those!

This is what we’re eating this week.

Sunday: Super Bowl

Monday: Spaghetti

Tuesday: Sloppy joes

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Tacos

Friday: Dinner with family

Saturday: Sandwiches/leftovers
