This is my first week with three babies so everything about my plan will probably change. I actually have several instant pot freezer meals ready to go and I anticipate having a meal or two with my parents. Hopefully everything will have lots of veggies and protein because well, breastfeeding lol.

This is what we’re eating this week:

Sunday: Chicken and veggie soup

Monday: Spaghetti and edamame

Tuesday: Stuffed bell pepper boats

Wednesday: Popcorn shrimp and vegetablea

Thursday: Chicken and vegetable spup

Friday: Family dinner

Saturday: Leftovers

I’m really looking forward to some good food this week!
